The production time for furniture at Kencana Teak Furniture varies depending on the quantity and type of products ordered:

• Regular Orders: For orders of individual furniture pieces or a few items, the production process typically takes 7 to 15 days. The exact duration depends on the complexity of the design, size, and availability of materials.

• Container Orders: For bulk orders that fill a container, the production process usually takes around 45 days. Factors such as the type of items ordered, quantity, and design details will influence the precise production time.

Order cancellations are possible at Kencana Teak Furniture as long as the production process for the ordered items has not yet commenced. In such cases, the down payment (DP) will be refunded in full without any deductions.

Additional Protection:

• Foam (Optional): Upon customer request and for an additional fee, foam padding can be incorporated to provide extra cushioning and protection against potential damage.
